It’s impossible to go online, turn on the TV, or even go to the gym without hearing about a million different ways to lose weight. Every program makes it seem like it’s the “perfect solution” for everyone. But YOU are not everyone!


You are unique, and that’s the problem with all the diets out there. They’re a one-size fits all approach, but no human is one-size fits all!


In this program, we will learn to ditch the diets, listen to our bodies, and do what feels good for us, because the journey to a healthy lifestyle will look different for everyone.

How it works

  • Program will run on facebook for 8 weeks

  • There are 4 modules that will be covered, each lasting 2 weeks

  • The lessons within the modules can be completed at your own pace

  • All worksheets, trackers, and materials needed will be provided for you via google docs

  • We will have 1 group coaching call per module, every 2 weeks. 

  • On alternating weeks, I will do a live Q&A 

  • You will also receive 1 free private 60 minute one-on-one coaching session with me

Losing weight can be a scary, daunting journey. Thanks to all the diets out there, we have a belief that we need to be miserable in order to lose weight.  But together we will make it a fun and easy process! Your mindset will be completely shifted after these 8 weeks, and you will never feel confused, defeated, or discouraged again! Most of us know what we need to do, we just don’t do it. That’s where having a group of people working toward the same goal is so beneficial. We will help keep each other accountable, work through our challenges, and create habits that will make following through a no brainer, helping you lose the weight for good.
